At Start Card, your satisfaction matters to us. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be requested and the steps involved, taking into account the nature of digital products.
1. Nature of Digital Products
Most of our products are digital (credits, activation codes, subscriptions, etc.). Once a code has been delivered or a service activated, the product cannot be "returned" like a physical item. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on digital products that have been successfully delivered, except in the exceptional cases outlined below.
2. Accepted Refund Cases
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the digital product (code, link, or activation) within the stated timeframe despite successful payment, you may open a support ticket and we will investigate. If non-delivery on our end is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
- Our Error: In the event of an error in the value loaded or the product delivered (e.g. a wrong or expired code), we are committed to correcting the error or issuing a refund after verification.
- Duplicate Charge: If your account was charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded after review.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- The digital product has been successfully delivered to the customer (code or credit that has been used or activated).
- The customer changed their mind after the order was completed and delivered.
- Incorrect use of the code by the customer or a third party.
- Any use that violates our Terms of Use or is deemed fraudulent.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the "Contact Us" page or official support channels, providing your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–7 business days). We may request supporting evidence (screenshots, order details) to expedite the process.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or to your on-site wallet balance where available and in accordance with our policies. The actual time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Amendments
We may update this refund policy as needed. The updated version will be published on this page. We recommend reviewing it before completing any purchase.
